Connect the Serial Cables

Pedestal with Single JuiceBox unit

  1. Remove the top RJ45 adapter cover.
  2. Connect the JuiceBox serial cable to the top RJ45 adapter, which supplies power to the CCR assembly. Turn the cable connector clockwise until it is latched.
  3. Connect the SMA plug from the antenna to the SMA bulkhead on the back of the CCR cover and make sure the connection is tight.
    Note: Hand tighten the SMA plug to the SMA bulkhead to avoid over tightening of connection.

Pedestal with 2 JuiceBox units

  1. Identify the left and right JuiceBox on the pedestal.
  2. Remove the top RJ45 adapter cover and remove and discard the plug connected to the middle RJ45 adapter.
  3. Connect the left JuiceBox serial cable to the top RJ45 adapter and right JuiceBox serial cable to the middle RJ45 adapter on the back cover of the CCR assembly. Turn the cable connectors clockwise until they are latched.
  4. Connect the SMA plug from the antenna to the SMA bulkhead on the back of the CCR cover and make sure the connection is tight.
    Note: Hand tighten the SMA plug to the SMA bulkhead to avoid over tightening of connection.
