The charging station is functioning, and the plug is available to be used but I can't start charging. What do I do?

Please check the following:
● GPS location services are enabled on your smartphone
● You are close to the charging station
● The charging station is functioning
● The plug is available and compatible with your vehicle
● You have the latest version of the Enel X JuicePass App
● check that your account is active (remember that it can be disabled in case of non-payment)
● Your internet connection is active and functioning on your smartphone
