Please check the following:
● GPS geolocation on your smartphone is activated
● You are close enough to the charging station
● The charging station is functional
● You have the latest version of the Enel X JuicePass App
● Your account is active (remember that it can be disabled in case of non-payment)
● Your internet connection is active and functioning on your smartphone
